Administrative Operations Assistant I
Educational Perspectives is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to assist in the daily operations of our agency. This position and all of its components are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and assisting the Director of Operations, and President, as needed. Duties include, but are not limited to, regular interaction with our clients involving all facets of customer service; data entry and, incoming and outgoing correspondence and records management. Proficiency in Microsoft programs and word processing is required, as are strong communication and customer service skills.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a US Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, excellent verbal and written skills, acute attention to detail with strong organizational skills, personal energy and enthusiasm, a desire to learn about international education, and most importantly, patience and tolerance when working with individuals who are not native speakers of English.
Experience working in higher education or university admissions or bilingual skills are preferred, but not required.
This is a full-time salaried position.

Salary range: $26-33K per annum

Credential Evaluator
Educational Perspectives is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to fill an entry-level position as a foreign educational credential evaluator. Duties include, but are not limited to, researching non-US educational credentials and programs and preparing accurate and concise assessments of educational documents in terms of their equivalency to the US system of education.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent verbal and written skills, acute attention to detail, excellent research skills, personal energy and enthusiasm, an interest in international education, and the ability to interact effectively and patiently with individuals who are not native speakers of English. The ability to speak or read a language other than English and experience working in university admissions are highly desirable skills, but not required. A minimum of a US Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, is a requirement for this position.
This is a full-time salaried position located in Chicago.
