Chicago, IL - December was a very interesting month for Kenya's local politics. This political force centered on one man - Hon. Kalonozo Musyoka, Kenya's Foreign Affairs minister.

Some of his fellow cabinet ministers accuse Musyoka of showing presidential ambitions for Kenya come 2007.

UKC and CAKP forge a united front ahead of 2004 calendar

Hyde Park, IL - Executive board members of Chicago's United Kenyans of Chicago (UKC) and their counterparts - Chicago Association of Kenyan professionals (CAKP) are scheduled to form a partnership of event planning for their growing Kenyan immigrants residing in Metropolitan Chicago. UKC president Mukila Maitha and CAKP organizing Secretary Mike Mwangala have agreed to schedule a meeting sometime in mid January2004.
